Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

All returns are subject to the supplier’s return policy.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused)

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item is defective or damaged.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
